Order Processing

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Spain: 2–5 business days

• European Union: 5–10 business days

• International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available). Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
